About The Position
AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Benefits Representative to support clients as they explore insurance coverage options for themselves and their families. This remote position involves connecting with prospective clients, conducting virtual needs assessments, and providing education about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance. You will have access to warm leads, comprehensive training, daily coaching, and a team committed to helping you succeed.
Requirements
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Professional, helpful, and client-first attitude
- Reliable follow-up and attention to detail
- Comfortable using virtual tools and computer systems
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
