Client Services Associate - Freeport, IL

Savant•Freeport, IL
•$57,000 - $85,500•Onsite

About The Position

Be the person clients remember and the team counts on. A great client experience is built in the details: a call returned, paperwork completed accurately, a meeting prepared thoughtfully, and a question made simple. As a Client Services Associate at Savant, you will be a trusted first point of contact for clients and an essential partner to our Advisors. You will help keep a close-knit Wellesley office running smoothly while coordinating client requests, maintaining accurate information, and making every interaction feel polished and personal. This could be a strong next step if you already know the pace and precision of wealth management and want to bring that experience to a collaborative, values-driven team. We are especially interested in candidates with registered investment adviser experience and familiarity with Schwab or Fidelity custodial platforms. In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas: Own the client experience from the first call or office greeting through timely follow-up and resolution. Partner with Advisors to schedule meetings, prepare reports and materials, confirm appointments, and complete post-meeting requests. Prepare, submit, and track account-opening, transfer, and other client paperwork with accuracy and urgency. Maintain complete, current client records in Salesforce and document client interactions and requests. Navigate custodial relationships and help clients move through complex processes in a clear, approachable way. Anticipate routine office needs, including phones, visitors, mail, supplies, shared spaces, and local client events. Proofread reports and electronic data, troubleshoot issues, and follow commitments through to completion. Step in for teammates when needed and contribute to a responsive, collaborative Client Services team. A couple things to note about our Client Services Associate position: Position location: Freeport, IL. Our office is located at 1011 Loras Drive. Work model: This is an onsite, client-facing role. Reliable, consistent presence in the office is essential. Typical working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Commute: Candidates should be able to maintain a reliable commute to the Freeport office. Team environment: You'll become part of a friendly, relationship-driven team that values connection, collaboration, and having fun while doing meaningful work. We enjoy celebrating successes together, supporting one another, and creating an environment where clients and team members feel genuinely welcomed. Honesty, dependability, and a willingness to pitch in are highly valued.
