About The Position

We are seeking to hire a Client Services Assistant to support Pillsbury's Boston office. This position will report to Regional Director of Administration and Regional Senior Manager HR/Recruiting for the NY, Florida, Boston and Middle East offices. The CSA is expected to ensure the smooth daily operations of the CSA main reception desk which include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional client service. Ensuring that all calls are answered at the main reception desk and routed appropriately. Keeping track of all visitors, assigning offices to visiting attorneys, reserving conference rooms for meetings and associated needs for the meetings (i.e. food, technology, supplies). In addition, this role will provide administrative support on an as needed basis which includes, but not limited to, preparing expense reports, check requests, new business memos, preparing mailings and binders, editing pre-bills, maintaining electronic files, assisting with travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional services environment
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a high-volume desk with extreme accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong proofreading skills
  • Solid computer skills
  • Positive self-starter
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professional demeanor and attire/appearance
  • Adeptness to handle difficult situations tactfully
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize handling the workload at a very fast pace
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff, attorneys and departments
