Our Client Services team supports Google-partnered YouTube Creative Readiness programs for some of the world's leading brands. This partnership is designed to transform how brands connect with audiences on YouTube by linking media strategy, audience insight, and creative effectiveness into one seamless, end-to-end process. As the Client Services Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring these engagements are delivered with excellence and consistency. Sitting at the center of a cross-functional squad (Creative Strategy, Creative Insights, Project Management, Google stakeholders, and agency partners), you will coordinate day-to-day execution, keep stakeholders aligned, and maintain momentum. This role acts as a strategic execution partner to the Client Partner. While the Client Partner owns the overarching relationship, account strategy, and growth, you will own the operational effectiveness, delivery quality, and day-to-day client experience.
