Position Overview The Client Service Team Lead is a pivotal technical SME within the Client Services department, responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding client experiences. This role combines mentorship, technical subject matter expertise, and project leadership to ensure seamless support for clients and continuous improvement across the organization.
