Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: The Client Service Specialist supports the client management staff by assisting with group enrollment, renewal processes, and additional service-related functions that are designed to improve and enhance workflows, timeliness, and client responsiveness.

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years of applicable job experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites preferred
  • Proven track record in customer service preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with database applications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee and employer questions
  • Assist with open enrollment meetings and presentations
  • Assist with claims troubleshooting
  • Assist customers with membership and eligibility changes
  • Assist clients with billing concerns
  • Help clients with compliance-related questions (FMLA, short-term disability, COBRA)
  • Assist the team with renewing and managing clients in D365
  • Work closely with consultants and the sales team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Follow up on service issues and act as phone backup for call overflow
  • Assist the team with overflow work as needed
