About The Position

Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS), which combines the roles of a Paraplanner and Client Services Coordinator. This is not an administrative role and will be based at their Pittsburgh office locations, supporting clients in the Green Tree, Wexford, and Canonsburg areas. The CSS will manage the back-end client sales process, including building client Roadmaps (financial plans), providing first-line ongoing client support and service, and facilitating insurance application execution from start to finish. The CSS Team is considered the driving force of Golden Reserve, a rapidly growing company in Ohio known for its innovative financial services approach, including monthly seminars and weekly TV & Radio Shows.

Requirements

• Two (2) years+ of financial services experience.
• Life Insurance Annuity Application Excellence – completion, monitoring & management.
• GRIT – accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness.
