Requirements

  • 2+ years financial services experience in paraplanning, investments, etc. (required)
  • Proficient with investment trading systems and processes
  • Adept with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and various software, including firm-approved AI Tools
  • A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A critical thinker who approaches challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Dependable under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
  • A collaborative team player who embraces change and adapts with ease
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications

Nice To Haves

  • Life and Health License, and Series 6/7 Registered (desired)
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools, Wealthscape, Envestnet, DocuSign and CRM (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Create investment proposals
  • Account opening, service requests and ongoing maintenance
  • Track and closely follow asset movement
  • Support the financial planning process
  • Keep detailed notes of client correspondence and required actions
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned
