Carbon Valley Veterinary Clinic is hiring a Client Service Representative in Firestone, Colorado. This is a part-time role for a small-animal practice with two doctors. Requirements

  • Previous customer service or client care experience
  • Veterinary reception experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
  • Schedule appointments and help maintain an efficient multi-doctor calendar
  • Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
  • Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients
  • Communicate hospital services, policies, and next steps clearly
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Handle sensitive or emotional client interactions with empathy and professionalism
  • Coordinate closely with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support efficient patient flow
  • Jump in with additional tasks as needed to help keep the hospital running smoothly
