Carbon Valley Veterinary Clinic is hiring a Client Service Representative in Firestone, Colorado. This is a part-time role for a small-animal practice with two doctors. Requirements

Previous customer service or client care experience
Veterinary reception experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Compassion and empathy during sensitive or emotional client interactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize throughout a busy day
Reliability and consistent Friday availability

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
Schedule appointments and help maintain an efficient multi-doctor calendar
Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients
Communicate hospital services, policies, and next steps clearly
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
Handle sensitive or emotional client interactions with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate closely with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support efficient patient flow
Jump in with additional tasks as needed to help keep the hospital running smoothly
