About The Position

GSVS VETERINARY EMERGENCY CARE TOMS RIVER is hiring a Client Service Representative to support their clinic. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their experience. Responsibilities include checking clients in and out, booking appointments, processing payments, and managing phone lines. While experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role is required, the clinic is willing to train the right candidate, even if they lack direct veterinary experience. Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a client service role
• Experience in an animal-related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to answer multiple phone lines
• Data entry and attention to detail
• Comfort with taking deposits and discussing financial questions with clients
• Empathy and compassion for clients
• Ability to be discreet and professional
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
