About The Position

Our established multidisciplinary practice in Toms River, NJ is growing, and we're looking for a motivated PT who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and helping patients return to the activities they love. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you'll enjoy a supportive environment, manageable patient volumes, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare professionals. You'll work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that produce outstanding outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and prescribed modalities
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on their diagnosis, recovery, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, personalized care
