About The Position
VCA East Anchorage Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time customer service representative to join their busy seven-doctor practice. At VCA Animal Hospitals, the mission statement is 'your pet’s health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal.' The Client Service Representative is the face of VCA and sets the tone for the practice, building and maintaining customer trust and confidence. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask with ease, excels in customer service, and has a passion for animals.

- Appointment scheduling
