About The Position

Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty in Colorado Springs is seeking a caring and energetic "people person" with a passion for animals to join their team as a Client Service Representative. This role supports the emergency and critical care departments by welcoming and assisting guests. The hospital provides 24/7 emergency and critical care services along with advanced specialty care in surgery and diagnostic imaging, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach where specialists and emergency clinicians work together seamlessly.

Requirements

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and navigate unexpected situations.
Ability to provide outstanding service and build positive relationships.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and adapts to situations where protocols may not apply.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service required.
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required.

Nice To Haves

Veterinary experience preferred.
Fluency in multiple languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in the emergency room check-in process, ensuring a caring, compassionate and efficient process.
Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
