About The Position

At Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC), we show up for pets and the people who love them on some of their hardest days. As a Client Service Representative, you are often the very first and last interaction a client has with our hospital. You are the steady, compassionate presence in moments of fear and uncertainty. Your voice matters here, your growth is encouraged, and your role is essential.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client service role
  • Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software
  • Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-stress situations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Able to work Friday- Sun (10am -10p)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous veterinary experience is a bonus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate client needs and provide empathetic, timely service
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and the clinical team
  • Greet clients and ensure they are seen by a doctor as promptly as possible
  • Help clients understand and navigate financial options
  • Support smooth workflow and case progression through strong teamwork
  • Coordinate with referring veterinarians and expedite medical records
  • Accurately input client and patient information
  • Process payments and maintain detailed records
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Ensure clients leave with clarity, confidence, and a positive experience
