Requirements
- Previous client service or veterinary reception experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Support patient care by ensuring a smooth client experience from check-in to check-out
- Maintain accurate records and support daily hospital operations
- Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow support staff
- Help create a positive, efficient, and welcoming hospital environment
