Fortune Financial is seeking an organized, service-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Services Associate. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive client experience by supporting account servicing, administrative operations, and financial planning activities. This role involves direct interaction with clients and responsibility for helping facilitate investment, insurance, and annuity-related processes from start to finish. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in financial services, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude.

  • Comfortable learning industry procedures, systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) licenses are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily office and operational activities.
  • Arrange and manage client appointments and calendar scheduling.
  • Prepare meeting materials and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with new account establishment and account maintenance requests.
  • Gather and review client information to facilitate account processing.
  • Submit and monitor investment and insurance-related paperwork.
  • Liaise with custodians, broker-dealers, and third-party vendors.
  • Address client questions and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records within the firm's CRM system.
  • Ensure documentation is retained according to compliance requirements.
  • Provide administrative assistance related to compliance and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects and support team priorities as needed.
