About The Position
Mandarich Law Group LLP is a creditors' rights law firm located in downtown Chicago, seeking a full-time Client Services Representative. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The firm is looking for individuals with passion and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Excel
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one to two years of experience as a client service representative
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Associate’s Degree
- Collection experience
Responsibilities
- Provides quality support to clients with moderately complex transactions and processes on a daily basis.
- Under general supervision assists clients by responding to phone, email, and other inquiries regarding company services and procedures.
- Investigates errors in client accounts and statements.
- Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team in accordance with documented procedures.
- Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
- This position will be a direct contact between the Firm and our client(s).
