About The Position

Provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients while supporting the doctors and support staff.

Requirements

  • High quality customer service skills.
  • Ability to support doctors and support staff.
  • Experience managing a front desk.
  • Experience checking patients in/out.
  • Experience scheduling rechecks.
  • Experience signing visitors and vendors in.
  • Ability to oversee clinic flow.
  • Experience managing and assisting clients in the euthanasia paperwork process.
  • Experience discussing payment choices with clients.
  • Experience processing Daily Estimate Report (Out Window CSR).
  • Experience with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing medical records, distributing daily mail and purging charts in system.
  • Knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the network.
  • Ability to assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff members.
  • Experience mentoring or overseeing students from various educational programs.

Responsibilities
