About The Position

The Client Service Representative (CSR) at Cat Care of Vinings provides an exceptional experience to clients during every interaction. This role involves managing practice reception, handling telephone and visitor interactions, maintaining veterinary medical records, managing accounts, processing payments, data entry, and word processing. The CSR applies practical knowledge of practice processes, services, and veterinary terminology to ensure excellent patient care and client satisfaction. Additionally, the CSR will act as the SOCIAL MEDIA CHAMPION, assisting the Practice Manager with content creation, campaigns, and client education materials.

Requirements

Ability to work on weekends as required
High school diploma or equivalent
Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE

Nice To Haves

Previous veterinary experience preferred
Client satisfaction references preferred

Responsibilities

Leads practice opening and closing procedures.
Ensures all public areas are clean and presentable.
Processes cash, checks, charge card payments, and credit account payments.
Schedules appointments for the clinic.
Assists in updating client/patient files.
Prepares and sends client correspondence.
Sends reminder notices and conducts re-calls to clients.
Performs a backup of the computer system.
Performs and oversees the posting of daily business.
Welcomes clients and patients to the practice.
Answers incoming telephone calls.
Presents clients with medications, instructions, new client kits, and other take-home items.
Handles emergency situations with care and patience.
Addresses client concerns in a calm and appropriate manner.
Assists with brainstorming, collecting, and distributing social media content, campaigns, and client education materials.
