About The Position

VCA Warm Springs Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join their growing AAHA accredited veterinary hospital. This role is crucial to the daily operations of the hospital, involving direct client and pet care, contributing to service improvements, and fostering a positive team environment. The position is full-time, with approximately four 10-hour shifts per week. Requirements

Experience as a Client Service Representative
Ability to work approximately four 10-hour shifts per week
Ability to manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
Ability to perform hospital maintenance, including removal of animal waste
Ability to ensure the facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
