At Mandarich Law Group LLP we are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We are a creditors' rights law firm located in downtown Chicago. We are currently seeking a full time Client Services Representative. Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM - In-office position. Requirements
- Microsoft Office - Must be proficient using Excel

- Minimum one to two years of experience as a client service representative
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Associates Degree
- Collection experience
Responsibilities
- Provides quality support to clients with moderately complex transactions and processes on a daily basis.
- Under general supervision assists clients by responding to phone email and other inquiries regarding company services and procedures.
- Investigates errors in client accounts and statements.
- Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team in accordance with documented procedures.
- Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
- This position will be a direct contact between the Firm and our client(s).
