Requirements

Previous veterinary, medical office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented
Comfort working with clients, pets, doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs
Someone who can stay calm, kind, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn hospital workflows, scheduling guidelines, and client communication protocols

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Impromed is a bonus, but not required

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide a welcoming front desk experience
Answer phones professionally and assist with scheduling needs
Schedule appointments using hospital scheduling guidelines and appointment blocks
Review online booked appointments and confirm client/patient information
Coordinate with our Remote Call Center Team when needed
Check clients in and out, collect payments, and review invoices
Support forward booking by helping clients schedule recommended follow-up visits before leaving the hospital
Help maintain front desk organization and complete daily CSR checklist tasks
Communicate clearly with the medical team and management throughout the day
