This is a temporary role for a Client Service Representative I - Bilingual (English-Spanish) that is fully remote. The primary responsibility is to answer and resolve telephone inquiries and requests from customers or prospective customers promptly, accurately, and courteously. The role requires a specific training schedule for 3-4 weeks, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central time. After training, a shift schedule will be assigned, with start times between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM Central time, including a rotating Saturday schedule. Candidates must meet work-from-home requirements, including a hard-wired home internet connection with a minimum of 100mbps download and 20mbps upload speed.
