Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field of auction operations, vehicle inspections or vehicle cosmetic repairs; or BA/BS and 3 years' experience; or MS and 1 year experience; or Ph D and up to 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle both internal and external account relationships with finesse.
  • Ensure all client requirements and performance metrics are clear, met, and aligned across the team.
  • Coach, develop, and create a cohesive team environment.
  • Lead our LDM operating model and ensure team engagement and objectives are achieved.
  • Establish and deliver criteria for achieving business goals and objectives.
  • Document and analyze key performance indicators, goals, and profitability.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff, providing educational opportunities, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Work directly with in-person and remote team members to meet expectations and resolve service issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
