About The Position

Reporting to the Associate Manager of Direct to Head Office (D2HO), the Client Service Processor will be responsible for the timely distribution of team paperwork, cheques and e-mails for Wealth, Quadrus, Life Client Services, and Group Retirement Services team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams. The Client Service Processor would be 100% in the London Head Office.

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Eagerness and ability to learn Unitrax, GPAS and Investment Centre
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and team building skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website

Responsibilities

  • Triage/prep incoming mail including documents and cheques for the Wealth, Quadrus, Life Client Service, and Group Retirement Services teams within time standards
  • Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
  • Assist with non-financial processing when required
  • Support small projects when necessary
  • Sending outbound mail
  • Manage the team shared e-mail boxes
  • Responsible for workflow distribution electronically
