The Client Service Manager will be responsible for providing regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects, developing open and effective channels of communication, and becoming the reliable point of contact for each customer to establish a strong business relationship. This role also involves maintaining close relationships with the families of patients by providing constant communication and occasional in-person contact. The Client Service Manager will accompany the Clinical Case Manager during re-certifications visits and hospital discharges, deliver necessary supplies to nurses, and assist management by maintaining extensive knowledge of nurses' operations in the field. They will communicate expectations and scheduling to families and continue to recruit new nurses. The role also includes performing other duties as assigned to effectuate business goals, supporting company mission and ethics, representing the company professionally, adhering to dress code, reporting on time, and following all company policies and procedures.
