The Client Service Manager will also assist management by maintaining extensive knowledge of nurses' operations in the field, communicating expectations and scheduling to families, and recruiting new nurses. The position supports and executes the company's mission, ethics, and goals, requiring a professional representation in the company and community, adherence to dress code, punctuality, and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
