About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Client Service Manager to oversee office operations across our client locations. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day mailroom, print production, and inventory workflows but also lead the onsite team, optimize operational processes, and ensure a high standard of service delivery. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing physical logistics with administrative oversight and team development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inventory management, print production, or mailroom operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for spreadsheet creation, document preparation, and data tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaborating with all levels of management.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the workday.
  • Proven ability to juggle shifting priorities, manage multiple departments, and ensure the team meets all End-of-Day (EOD) goals.

Nice To Haves

  • An innate ability to identify bottlenecks in office operations and implement solutions.
  • A high level of precision in record-keeping, note-taking, and paperwork management.
  • A "lead-by-example" attitude—willing to pitch in on hands-on tasks while maintaining a high-level view of site operations.
  • A dependable professional who understands that team success is a collective effort.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Client Service Associates, ensuring all daily tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing; must be willing to train staff at both locations and provide coverage/oversight as needed.
  • Maintain a professional presence in an open-plan office; must be comfortable working in proximity to animals (dogs and cats).
  • Oversee the processing of all outgoing shipments (FedEx/other carriers) and large-scale bulk mailings.
  • Supervise the receipt and distribution of mail; ensure the safe and efficient use of equipment, including Power Pallet Jacks.
  • Coordinate bulk deliveries and streamline distribution routes between client sites.
  • Manage the queue for print and reprographics requests, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for printer fleet service requests, monitoring uptime and vendor performance.
  • Oversee scheduled pantry sweeps and restocking protocols.
  • Manage inventory records and formalize the reordering process.
  • Provide written replenishment reports and budget recommendations to the executive team.
  • Lead the setup and organization of office events and furniture reconfigurations.
  • Safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs and train staff on proper lifting techniques.
