The Client Service Manager will provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects, develop open and effective channels of communication, and become the reliable point of contact for each customer to establish a strong business relationship. This role involves maintaining close relationships with the families of patients by providing constant communication and occasional in-person contact. The Client Service Manager will accompany the Clinical Case Manager during re-certifications visits and hospital discharges, deliver necessary supplies to nurses, and occasionally provide small meals or coffee to the patient’s family to build rapport. Additionally, the role supports management by maintaining extensive knowledge of nurses' operations in the field, communicating expectations and scheduling to families, and recruiting new nurses. The position also includes performing other duties as assigned to effectuate business goals, supporting company mission and ethics, representing the company professionally, adhering to dress code, reporting on time, and following all company policies and procedures.
