About The Position

The Client Service Manager - Therapy is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments. This role involves maintaining strong business relationships, providing regular updates on project progress, and understanding the operational aspects of nursing services to effectively communicate expectations and schedules to families. The position also supports the recruitment of new nurses and upholds the company's mission and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service role
  • 1+ years’ experience in management position preferred
  • Proven ability to utilize the Salesforce contact platform required
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills required

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects.
  • Develop and maintain open communication channels with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to establish strong business relationships.
  • Maintain close relationships with patients' families through consistent phone and face-to-face communication.
  • Accompany Clinical Case Managers during re-certifications and hospital discharges.
  • Deliver necessary supplies to nurses.
  • Provide small meals or coffee to patients' families to build rapport.
  • Assist management by maintaining extensive knowledge of nurses' operations in the field.
  • Communicate expectations and scheduling information to various families.
  • Recruit new nurses to provide skilled care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to effectuate business goals.
  • Support and execute the mission, ethics, and goals of the company.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Adhere to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
  • Report on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
