At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, helping businesses protect what matters most. You’ll manage a group of client accounts, ensuring they receive the best service and solutions tailored to their needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Must hold appropriate licensing as required.
  • Be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and care.
  • Help clients identify additional insurance options to better protect their businesses.
  • Work closely with Branch Managers and the Production team to support business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth by offering tailored solutions to meet each client’s unique risks.
  • Consistently meet operational and performance goals, contributing to our culture of excellence.
  • Facilitate and/or lead group meetings with internal and external clients.
  • Effectively manage/balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Analyze and use data to make decisions, working in a self-directed manner, and to act as a role model for high performance and Gallagher's shared values.
