About The Position

This is an entry-level position suited for someone early in their career who is motivated to learn and grow. As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll support clients across Canada and international markets, working closely with teams in Toronto, London, and APAC. Success in this role comes from being proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, especially in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll quickly build knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms while delivering a high standard of client service, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: English + French (required)
  • Education or experience in financial services, trading, or a regulated environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter with a strong ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and trading
  • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to complete: UK agent assessment
  • Willingness and ability to complete: Australian RG146 certification within the first 6 months
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and maintaining compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging
  • Deliver timely, professional support and represent the brand positively
  • Build knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and internal systems
  • Guide clients on platform usage and product features
  • Work collaboratively with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Resolve issues efficiently or escalate where needed
  • Maintain accurate client records and meet KPI/SLA targets
  • Support client payment and account-related queries
