About The Position

Join a collaborative team that supports the health and independence of older adults as they age and receive care in the community, which is critical to Wilder’s mission of improving lives today and for generations to come. As a valued team member, you will provide client service coordination and compliance support to assigned service areas. Coordinate incoming client referrals and manage the intake process. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to connect clients and their families to services. Support the Director of Aging Services by managing regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to state and federal licensing regulations. Provide backup support to other admin roles as required.

Requirements

  • An associate’s degree in gerontology, business, human services, social work, or another related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of strongly related work experience may be exchanged for the AA degree.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with program administration or service coordination required.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in gerontology, business, human services, social work, or another related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in a health care setting.
  • Experience working with older adults.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are also preferred.
