Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required, with an associate's/bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in client service or financial services.
  • Financial Service Licensing preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with superior skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adherence to a strict standard of client confidentiality.
  • Maintain confidentiality, uphold ethical standards, and demonstrate courteous conduct in all interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with different groups and work styles, ensuring seamless teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Handling incoming calls and troubleshooting issues, you'll ensure every client feels valued and supported.
  • Efficiently manage schedules and appointments for our team, executing our client service system, while completing detailed tasks
  • Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations and solutions for advisors to use during meetings.
  • Coordinate with advisors to complete all required business processing and follow ups from meetings.
  • Coordinating with our marketing team and assisting in maintaining digital platforms, crafting newsletters, and delivering our giftology program.
