As a Client Services Associate at STRATA Trust Company, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and financial professionals, helping to deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience. This role is relationship-focused and service-driven, requiring regular phone and email communication, research, and problem-solving to address client needs accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with clients, business partners, and internal teams to ensure requests are handled professionally, precisely, and in a timely manner. This position involves a high volume of inbound and outbound communication and requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple requests throughout the day. This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Waco office (7901 Woodway Dr.) with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
