- Build positive relationships with customers and help create engaging brand experiences
- Communicate event updates, promotions, and important information across multiple communication channels
- Collaborate with marketing, promotions, and event teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude in fast-paced event environments
- Represent client brands with enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong communication skills
