Join Gallagher as a Client Associate, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Branch Client Service Management Manager or Supervisor, you'll contribute to key business outcomes like client retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production team and Client Service function by ensuring smooth workflow processes.
• Create essential documents, certificates, and reports using Gallagher’s systems and resources.
• Help maintain efficiency and productivity standards, including timelines and data requirements.
• Foster strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service and enhancing Gallagher's value to clients and prospects.
