As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to both internal and external clients. Requirements

  • High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • A knack for organization and attention to detail.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex issues simply.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively with your team.
  • Familiarity with tools and systems for creating documents and reports.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for ensuring smooth workflows and client satisfaction.
  • Create essential documents like certificates and reports, assist with branch processes, and support the production team.
