About The Position

The Client Service Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional office environment. This position supports daily office operations while assisting clients, Advisors, and internal teams with administrative and service needs in the Glidden, Iowa office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Professional, reliable, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and stakeholders and provide a positive first impression
  • Manage front desk operations including phone calls, mail, and visitor coordination
  • Answer and route incoming inquiries to appropriate team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Support office logistics, meeting coordination, and administrative needs
  • Assist Advisors and internal teams with general office and client service support
  • Track and complete assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
