This role partners closely with multiple agents and team members to assist with new business, ongoing client service, and meeting preparation. The CSA plays an important role in supporting the broader service team by helping ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and wellâcoordinated support through maintaining client information, preparing documentation, and assisting agents as they present insurance and investment concepts to clients who trust us with their financial needs. This is a hybrid position, with work-from-home flexibility 2-3 days per week after a 30-day training period.
