About The Position

This position requires full-time, in office attendance at our RAM Centre in London, Ontario. The position will be responsible for the timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails to the Savings, Retirement Income, and Quadrus team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams within Wealth Management.

  • Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment. This is a personal security status that is required as a condition of employment before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website. The cost of submitting these checks will be covered by Canada Life.

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards
  • Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
  • Assist with non-financial processing when required, while meeting service standard deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes.
  • Provide support for small projects, as required
  • Monitor and manage the team shared email boxes
  • Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system (enhanced computer skills are necessary)
