About The Position

Reporting to the Associate Manager, Central Services - Cheques and Output, this role provides operational support to teams across Canada Operations. You’ll work closely with internal business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of documents, reports, and communications in a fast‑paced environment. This position requires full‑time, in‑office attendance at the RAM Centre in London, Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, verify, and distribute system‑generated reports to internal business partners
  • Prepare physical documents for scanning and digital retention
  • Review time‑sensitive client and advisor communications prior to distribution
  • Reconcile and distribute system‑generated cheques
  • Assemble Life Insurance policy contracts in both paper and digital formats
  • Monitor and manage a shared team mailbox
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks, as required
