About The Position

The goal of a Client Service Advisor is to deliver exceptional client support across a wide range of insurance products and efficiently use customer relationship management software. In this role, you will ensure seamless client experience by managing accounts, addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain organized, prioritized workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining strong relationships with Account Managers and carriers through clear and consistent communication across phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Effectively utilizing customer relationship management software to accurately process and store all client documentation, including policy details and endorsements.
  • Assisting Account Manager with client inquiries, account updates, and policy renewals.
  • Collaborating with teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and support.
  • Acting as a liaison between Account Manager and carriers to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
  • Assisting with claims processing and documenting through office management system
  • Providing support by addressing concerns, answering questions, and coordinating service needs as directed.
  • Staying up to date on products and internal procedures to continuously improve client service.
