About The Position

This is a sales role inside a high-energy fitness environment. You are the first point of contact, but more importantly, you are responsible for turning interest into revenue. Your job is to get people in the door, build a relationship fast, and convert them into paying clients (memberships + personal training). This role is for individuals who want to learn how to sell, make money, and grow fast, not for those who just want to check people in.

Requirements

• Availability for 6AM opens, evenings (until 9PM), and weekends
• Willingness to sell every shift
• High energy and strong presence on the floor
• Proven sales track record, OR know you’re built for sales and need the opportunity to showcase
• Into fitness (you train, or want to be in that environment daily)
• Takes initiative, doesn’t need to be told what to do
• Comfortable with rejection and bounces back fast
• Desire for growth, not just a paycheck

Responsibilities

• Owning the First Class Free (FCF) funnel → show rate + conversion
• Driving consult bookings + closes for personal training
• Following up with leads daily (text, call, email, in-person)
• Running cold outreach (local businesses, events, partnerships)
• Working the floor → talking to people before/after class and converting interest
• Building relationships that turn into long-term clients
• Tracking your numbers and improving weekly
