About The Position

The ideal Client Sales Executive is a proven staffing sales professional who can both hunt for new business and grow strategic accounts. • 2+ years of successful business development/account management experience with responsibility for generating new business.
  • Demonstrated success selling: Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Placement, SOW.

  • Experience selling staffing or workforce solutions into mid-market and enterprise organizations with significant contingent labor needs.
  • Demonstrated staffing/workforce solutions sales experience within Accounting & Finance.

Nice To Haves

  • Hunter Mentality: Comfortable creating business rather than waiting for leads or job orders; can explain a repeatable approach to identifying prospects, reaching decision-makers, and converting prospects into clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Can uncover workforce problems, upcoming projects, hiring challenges, skill shortages, turnover issues, and future demand rather than simply asking for openings.
  • Technical Curiosity: Does not need to be an engineer, but must be able to learn engineering terminology and have credible conversations with technical leaders.
  • Business Acumen: Understands pricing, markup, gross margin, pay rates, bill rates, competitive pressures, and profitability.
  • Relationship Building: Builds relationships beyond HR/TA and develops multiple contacts across the account.
  • Sales Discipline: Uses structured prospecting, CRM, pipeline management, follow-up, account planning, forecasting, and activity management.
  • Collaboration: Views Recruiting/Delivery as a partner and can demonstrate how they improved qualification, candidate quality, speed, client communication, and fill rates.
