Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG insights, analytics, category management, consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in Point-of-Sale (POS), consumer panel, and syndicated data.
  • Experience with syndicated data tools (Circana/NielsenIQ etc.) is required.
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for brand and marketing teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the relationship for Beverage categories within the Dairy Vertical, supporting the Danone account.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to uncover meaningful insights to impact and improve Danone brands.
  • Use data, analytics, and insights to shape growth strategy and solve key business challenges, primarily supporting Brand Marketing and Insights teams.
  • Collaborate with client and internal teams to maximize and apply insights gleaned from Circana data (POS, household panel, retailer purchase dynamics, surveys, audits, custom projects).
  • Communicate insights effectively to drive impact.
  • Implement and drive adoption of Circana new AI solutions across the client organization.
  • Analyze and interpret data, translating it into meaningful solutions for clients.
  • Approach clients with coherent, actionable, and fact-based data/recommendations.
  • Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest appropriate analytic solutions/approaches, leveraging UNIFY and AI platform and tools.
  • Apply knowledge of the business, industry, and domain to identify, create, and close business opportunities.
  • Ask questions to test assumptions and challenge the status quo.
  • Synthesize information on various issues and translate it into a project framework that provides solutions for clients.
  • Track and organize multiple work streams and manage time and resources against changing priorities.
  • Drive to achieve high-quality results through effective data integrity.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
