Requirements

  • 3-7 years of Industry experience
  • Upselling and consultative selling background
  • Analytical mindset deriving insights from various sources of data.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+,) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Service,) to deliver integrated client support and ensure client success.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: support team sales goals through identification of alignment opportunities of Circana’s data and software solutions with client strategic goals.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in CPG to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
