HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to vulnerable populations, aiming to overcome systemic barriers and promote health equity. The organization offers a comprehensive range of services, including mental health care, substance use treatment (residential and outpatient), and primary health services. They also support individuals re-entering the community post-incarceration. By integrating physical and behavioral health, HealthRIGHT 360 empowers individuals through addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery. The 815 Residential Dual Diagnosis program specifically offers integrated substance use disorder and mental health services, treating both as primary and addressing their reciprocal factors. Services include individual, group, and family therapy, trauma-informed care, case management, family reunification, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, re-entry support, linkage to medical services (including HIV testing and treatment), and medication-assisted treatments (MAT) like Suboxone. The Client Safety Navigator is crucial for maintaining a safe environment for everyone at the program, utilizing de-escalation techniques for crises and behavioral issues, and ensuring the building's security. This role involves monitoring access points, managing client and visitor check-ins, conducting building checks, and collaborating with leadership and health/safety teams during emergencies.
