About The Position

HealthRIGHT 360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to address systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity. We offer a range of services including mental health care, substance use treatment, and primary health services, as well as transitional support for individuals re-entering the community from the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we aim to empower individuals to overcome challenges, foster resilience, and facilitate recovery. The Male Community Reentry Program (MCRP) is a residential facility for adult males with less than two years remaining on their prison sentences. Eligible individuals can complete their sentences in the community through MCRP, which offers rehabilitative services focused on substance use disorder (SUD), mental health care, primary care, employment, education, housing, family reunification, and social support. Treatment typically lasts from 6 to 12 months. The Overnight Client Safety Navigator (CSN) is an in-person role responsible for fostering a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. This role involves working with program leadership, law enforcement, and other teams to respond to emergencies such as drug use, overdose, and program disruptions.
