About The Position
KRAMER PRO is growing and expanding its Live Events and Rentals team. This role is a hybrid sales and production position. The individual will be responsible for building client relationships, creating quotes, managing project logistics, and overseeing onsite execution to ensure successful event delivery and high representation of KRAMER PRO. The role involves working in the office, warehouse, and leading onsite execution as the Production Manager for events of various sizes.
Requirements
- Professional experience in live events or AVL production required
- A track record of managing clients, projects, or both
- Strong communication and follow-through
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing the details
- A valid driver's license and the ability to work onsite at events required
- Ability to stay composed and make decisions in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Build quotes for live events and rental projects
- Manage client communication from initial conversation through final event wrap
- Act as onsite production manager for events of various sizes
- Coordinate with the Live Events & Rentals team to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently
- Represent KRAMER PRO professionally and consistently wherever the work takes you
